Honest perception of LSU fans

Threads of late refer to LSU as crazy, out of control, in fighting, Sonny from Godfather nuts etc. Being a life long fan I see a bunch coon asses and rednecks that like to pass a good time and live for the day. Don't see the where it comes from. Maybe cause I am a fan I don't see it?

My perception - sans Vandy (which has a limited appeal), the fanbases of the SEC schools are pretty much similar. We all have assholes, we all have good folks. There is little that truly distinguishes us besides fandom.

The corndog smell is actually an illusion. its actually a yeasty combination of sweat, manure, waay too much bourbon, 95 degree temps, 100 percent humidity, gator bait, unwashed clothes and bad breath.
Now put that in a crawfish etoufee and boudain and you have your average stinky arse but lovable LSU fan.

I have been to tons of games at JHS. Have had season tickets for many years.
If you take the top 5 worst experiences I have had with opposing fans at JHS, 4 of them are with LSU fans.
The traveling fans are not great fans. I can not vouch for the fans at Tiger stadium because I have not been there.

Yes the LSU corndogger is a unique individual amongst SEC college football fans. Not to be confused with the base smells of anyone else. An aroma like no other. Geaux corndauxgs.
