Honest Gambling Advice For Tonight

Yooooo. So, I obviously want our conference to succeed and stomp a mudhole in that Ohio State arse. That being said, after watching what they did to Clemson -- I am having a very hard time passing up on tOSU +8.5.
We all know Bama has defense issues, we've seen it. What do you guys think? Is this a trap? Should I do the opposite of what my gut says and just hammer Bama -8.5?

Never a really good idea to bet on bowl games, much less the National Championship, much less during Covid.

Ala minus the points in the first half

A sure bet is the under 75 for total points

Bama scores on EVERYONE. Even last week's ND 31 points was their low mark. I took Bama over 36 at -255. Trying to cover my backside in case they are a tad off.

Yea, I have not grabbed anything yet. The line keeps moving, I think more and more money is coming in on Bama. Probably going to wait another hour or so.
This one is a head scratcher for me. I might just go the safe route and go Bama -5 1H or something like that.

Alabama SU, Ohio State ATS, under 75
I have Alabama 38-33 as the final

Yea, Bama 45-38
The fact that Ohio State basically played 6 B+ games and 1 A+++ game screws with things, and the fact that they played so few games, and the fact that there aren't any crossover games between leagues.
But we'll see

It’ll be interesting to see what Ohio state team shows up

Yea - if the Clemson one shows up clicking on all cylinders it's going to be an epic shootout. And the other versions weren't terrible (well, Fields vs Northwestern wasn't good, but then they ran for like 700 yards), they were just really clunky and good in spurts and bad in spurts. And we've basically played the same game (at least on offense) 12 out of 12 times.
So, we're a lot easier to kind of predict comparatively than they are.

That’s pretty much been the discussion all week in the Bama corner. Does Bama get semifinals OSU or NW/Indiana OSU? We’ll see.

I'm a pessimist by nature but I'm fully working under the assumption we get the Clemson version. I think they hit their stride on offense and figured themselves out.

I know what you mean. I think you have to expect the best from OSU tonight because they’re really too good to let them sneak up on you. At the same time, I’m not sure they could even beat Clemson again as badly as they did in the semis. They were really clicking on both sides of the ball that night.
