No, not really. We are focused on the NCAAT at this point. Its why we played backups for so long in this game. A run in the NCAAT trumps a SEC regular season title every day. This may be hard for you to believe, but a Final Four appearance means a lot more, a lot longer, than an SEC regular season title that people will forget two years later.

Says a lot that Muss considers Tennessee so little of a threat away from TBA that he coasts through a game so he can have you in the semifinals of the SEC tournament. Our two best defensive guards played 0 and 20 minutes today. Guys who usually push 35 min each.

We split the games this year as expected. But that was a heck of a 3 point barrage you put up in the first half, it was no doubt the difference in the game. Without it you lose by double digits.

Tennessee won’t normally shoot that well, but they did today, so saying “[w]ithout it you lose by double digits” is silly.

Tenn was down a starter and 6 played 73.

True story.
I recently had to lookup who won the SECT last year. I thought it was Alabama, and I was right, but I'd completely forgotten that Alabama beat Arkansas by 1 point in the SECTCG to win it. I'd forgotten that we made the championship game.
So we missed being SECT Champions by 1 point and I don't even remember the game. That's how much the SECT means to me.
