He has done a fine job for sure. Seems like he cleaned up some of his dumb 4th down calls this year as well.

The idea of coaches and "loyalty" is fricking laughable. You might as well believe in the tooth fairy. Coaches(and now players) are mercenaries. Crying about a coach "backstabbing" a program makes you look like a child.
If coaches had loyalty like some here expect, they wouldn't be asking for millions of dollars a year.

Not saying this will happen, but his demeanor the last two years has really toned down. As if he has hired someone to groom he and his image to be considered for a top tier program.
