I also tend to think Simpson doesn’t do well when under pressure, which is thankfully something we are good at doing.

During the Mizzou game they showed just that stat - Simpson has a 63% completion percentage under pressure, 7th best in the country.

I really thought they would have made a Spirit Halloween out of Neyland by now.

Vols are a blueblood and NIL powerhouse. All we do is win now across damn near every sport and they all hate us for it.

You can say what you want about the state of the Tennessee program. It’s definitely doing better these days.

However, one thing it isn’t is a blue blood. And thats às close to objective fact às can be in the college football world.

I can't believe a majority of their fans can walk up the hill of the crater that rust bucket of a stadium sits in.

Lies. Vols are 100 perfect SEC AND CFB bluebloods.

Just check the SEC all time win loss record and more importantly check the entire history of the SEC and all of CFB.

Here is Sports Illustrated 's blueblood list:

Alabama Crimson Tide
Georgia Bulldogs
LSU Tigers
Michigan Wolverines
Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Ohio State Buckeyes
Oklahoma Sooners
Tennessee Volunteers
Texas Longhorns
USC Trojans

Miami and FSU are cited too, but those schools are more new money IMO.

Yeah we are going to march up and down the field at will.

We have 3 WRs ranked in the top 50 by yardage nationally, the number one SEC QB by yardage and Bishop is a beast at RB.

Good luck stopping us.

Best o-line since the Fulmer days.

Thank you for the compliment. The Flavian amphitheater (colosseum) is one of the most long lived and well constructed buildings in the world.

The only reason it is in the current state it’s in is due to medieval Romans cannibalizing the structure for the high quality stone.

It is still in better shape then the Oakland Colosseum and even in Roman times one had less of a chance of getting stabbed there

Bama is the premier blueblood and the only true blueblood that has been successful for most of college football's existence. USC, OSU and OU make up the next level after that. Texas' placement as a blueblood is based on their "potential" and their money. They've never been a blueblood. They had one decade, albeit a very good one, and nothing before/almost nothing after.
