And if you like history, the H. W. Bush presidential library on campus is pretty well done.

Not an Aggie, but live in College Station. Check out Museum of the American GI off highway six on the south end of town. IMO it’s the most fun thing to do in town even though it’s a one-and-done kinda thing

I don’t know if he just wants to get a slice of pizza at Antonio
Antonio's closed down in 2021 and was replaced by Dollar Slice Club. It's nowhere near as good. I'd only recommend eating there if you were drunk.

Yeah it sucks. Antonio's was my go to place before games b/c you could get in and out relatively quickly and they had a good variety of pizza by the slice.

If you like museums, the Museum of the American GI in College Station is small but very well done, and has some rare armor. Further afield, you have Johnson Spaceflight Center in Houston, the Riverwalk and missions in San Antonio, metro Austin for live music, and another museum that is perhaps the best WWII museum in N America, the Museum of the War in the Pacific in Fredricksburg (which is also the hometown of Admiral Chester Nimitz). All of this is within an hour or three of College Station.

We tried some of the baked goods, only one item was really good, the rest were meh. The food behind the counter on the restaurant side looked like it had been sitting since lunch. The flavored syrups were very good though if you like pancakes and waffles.

You should post your question for itinerary recommendations over on the football forum at texags.com. They are usually very good about giving advice for visitors on what to do, where to park, etc. My kid is a freshman at A&M this year and we’ve been to several games when we’ve played there since A&M joined SEC. But, the guys on texags will probably be able to help more than I can.
The George Bush Presidential Library at A&M is worth a visit, as well as the American GI museum mentioned earlier. There is also the Corps of Cadets Museum on campus that is actually kind of interesting.
The area across from campus on University Drive with bars and restaurants is called Northgate. I suggest going to the Dixie Chicken for beers and burgers. It’s a hole in the wall type bar that’s been there since the 1970s. Lots of other bars in this area, Dixie Chicken has just been our favorite. There is a parking garage in Northgate.
I would plan on getting to campus early on Saturday. Traffic gets pretty bad.
Find out what time the Corps of Cadets are doing March In on Saturday. It’s pretty cool to see all of the different outfits marching.

He will have a blast getting day drunk at Northgate. My favorite spot was Dry Bean. I’ve probably tried 70% of the menu.

It's no rodeo, but try the George for a hotel (nearly certainly full already) and go to Porters next door and sit at the bar. More money walks through those doors than nearly any place I've ever seen. Take note of the booze lockers at the bar.
Do *not* stay at the Aggy hotel on campus, next to Kyle field. That place is a dump. Even my sub 10 year old daughter asked if we were sleeping on air mattresses. Awful (ETA for the price.)
I know you want to stay in Navasota, but the traffic is awful if it's an Aggy game weekend. Most of the Aggy fans drive up from Houston, and it will be a parking lot leaving the area to go south.

Go to the AP Smith Hotel in downtown Navasota. Go to the Speakeasy bar at the hotel. Great restaurant next door. You will not be disappointed.
