He slept on it, woke up this morning, and decided he needed to address the real, biggest problem with his team........the horns down issue.
To give him a little credit, he actually posted this thread right after the game over on the scoreboard, it just got moved here this morning.
Still doesn't change the fact that he's worried about players doing the "Horns down"
His fellow fans were bitching all night about targeting calls that weren't there and are still talking about it this morning on their various message boards like they got jobbed by the refs.
They were all begging for targeting calls last night so our players would get ejected, it's not a good look for a fanbase that wants to join the SEC
It's no wonder their team has a toxic culture and soft players

My thoughts.
Texas must grasp and embrace what any team coming into the SEC must contend with.. A learning curve and time to be SEC ready. The physicality is week in week out simply put, far and away beyond what you will be used too and you will be shouting SEC.
You will take lumps but I don't think as badly as many or even Texas fans feel. You must understand adding Texas and OU clearly strengthens the monster.
So your expectations are more similar to NFL. You simply will not be Texas again as it stood 40 years ago. But!
Texas will be back in my opinion. Will adapt. Will Learn from the conference and culture and stamp it's brand here along with others. Not above others.
Texas has a great university. Extreme wealth and commitment to football and ESPN clearly along with other entities has a huge interest financially in Texas being in contention again.
I think you will be all right. It's just settling into the SEC.
Hope that made sense.

Just giving fair warning:
Horns best be prepared for the reality of that which awaits them on a week-to-week basis in the SEC.
It will not be pretty.
