Wow
What dude?..
You don't think it's easier to be successful moving the ball down the football field with a misdirectiony HUNH? And if it's easier, which it it, I'd say that's working smarter. No? Explain yourself!

No it means there is another offenses that is easier to succeed with so they use it. It's smart to take advantage of that..

I'm not going to explain to you why Alabama and Georgia have good offenses. We'll see how good they are when the two veteran QB's are gone.

That his dumbass national title winning coach needs to get with the program.

Didn't say there is one. The Auburn posters minus WDE are telling me it isn't though.

That dumbass also predicted Auburn would win the SEC in 2010.
Practicing in practice, who would have thunk it. Is Coach K the intructor or is it the soccer coach?

The new "hard nosed" style of football coming to the SEC because the HUNH is for pussies.

I formed it watching Alabama and Auburn and everyone in the SEC my whole life. I like good defense and pro style(this will have a new definition soon) offense.
what about when bama was winning championships in the 70s with the wishbone?... hiding the ball and flipping it around... freaking gimmick trickery...

Ask my dad. I was still stuck between pages in playboy magazines in the 70's.
I like what I grew up with.

You don't understand the wishbone do you? It is a no gimmick offense. Line it up, overload one side and run it down their throats. Matching hats and having options.

never mind
gump logic:
wishbone = hardnosed football
HUNH = gimmicks and trickery

He doesn't like it when he can't analyze and react his defensive schemes to what the offense is doing. He loves to sub his defensive packages that he has tailored to stop certain offensive schemes. He is a pro at doing this - but when a opponent takes that away from him he gets out of his OCD comfort zone.
That and he didn't condition his players for that kind of football last season.

I like the idea of coaches coaching up their players to beat te guy in front of them every single play. My guy is better than your guy and he's gonna prove it play after play. Ya know, that kinda stuff.
That is just SOOOO boring. With that style, the recruiting rankings basically are the overall rankings. Talent always wins, the 20 programs with talent matter and the rest are cannon fodder.
I think you are a little confused with how you think its "easy" to use the HUNH because "everyone is doing it!"
Everyone is doing it not because its easy. They do it because they are one of the 100 teams that has to get by on less talent, and not one of the 20 that can just beat opponents with brute force.
HUNH is only easier if you are saying that everyone should only be successful if they can break into the top 10 recruiting rankings four years in a row. Sure implementing the HUNH is easier at a Baylor or Oregon than all of a sudden recruiting in the top 10, because the alternative is impossible.
With HUNH, suddenly its not just talent that matters. Now its conditioning, timing, and creativity of plays. Its not dissecting your opponents on tape during game week, its seeing what monster on the field isn't keeping up with your slot WR that day and smoking his arse.
Give me the HUNH, and heck give me the spread offense, all day of the week. Those techniques have brought real parity back to a sport where talent is anything but evenly distributed like a NFL.
