Heisman Trophy requirements. No provisions for TRO

The main requirements are to have a full-time player status in the NCAA Division I FBS. The eligibility of the players must meet NCAA requirements.
and must be in compliance with NCAA student-athlete bylaws.
To be considered for the Heisman Trophy, a candidate must be a bona fide student at an accredited U.S. college or university, including the U.S. Service Academies, and must be in full compliance with NCAA bylaws defining a student-athlete

You know honestly, he has no business winning the Heisman since the NCAA ruled him ineligible. And still have him ruled ineligible. Who knows what will happen, but I would laugh my arse off if he couldn’t actually win it.

Coach Lane Kiffin did not give one single wet shite about any of that, when he tried to get Trinidad Chambliss to play quarterback at LSU this year.
If Chambliss were quarterbacking at LSU, where Kiffin wanted him to be. None of this shite would matter to any of you.
