Yeah he wasn't as in demand. But, to think that LSU has created this recruiting brand over the last 20 years or so without extra benefits is about as naive and dumb as can be.

Bama had taken several top talented players from LSUs back yard under shady circumstances,
I haven't read anything from LSU'ers (Either on here or the Tiger Rant) about the reaction to the National Championship from the Amite Bama Clique. The Amite Devilgumps have gone silent and apparently don't know what to do now......

I don't think LSU paid anything for Joe Burrow because almost nobody wanted him as a potential starter. So that feels good.
It’s crazy how many players on offense from LSU nobody else really wanted are about to get drafted.

Joe Burrow
Clyde Edwards Helaire
Justin Jefferson
Thaddeus Moss
Lloyd Cushenberry
Damien Lewis

Because a select few Alabama fans refuse to accept that anything bad could happen to the program. It's not that anyone is saying bowl ban and scholarship restrictions coming.

That said there is some smoke and cause for concern.

So let’s see LSU played six games without two of our starting defensive lineman. Lost our starting strong safety in Game 2. Lost one of our outside LB starters for 9 games.

Played six games without our starting left tackle. 3 games without two of,our starting offensive guards.

Anyway. The best teams overcome Injuries.

The “best team” Bama will have to play and win on the field now.. as there is no longer a huge analyst advantage. Bama no longer knows all of LSUs offensive plays in advance. The very large line of scrimmage advantage Bama had over LSU because of poor recruiting by Miles/Chavis is mostly gone. The huge QB advantage Bama had is now mostly gone as well. Jones and the freshman might be better than Brennan and LSU freshman but the GAP is no longer very large. And the gift to Bama of LSU running toss dive out of the I formation is gone.

Have a nice day. See you in BTR in November

Jealous of a program we own? That’d be like me being jealous of my own house.

This is a malicious rumor no doubt.

I mean who would wish this on Alabama?

Yep. We'll get another bowl ban, reduction in scholarships and loss of conference revenue.

The thing that really hurts is we didn't even get a walk-on third-string kicker out of the deal.

Well considering the possible list of current and recent former players was 400 or so and you just narrowed it to 11 I'd say you failed

Unlike some insiders who beat off to providing too much info, I try to leave the names of the players out of it until it breaks.

Current player, offensive, expected to start and contribute in 2020. That's all I'll say.
