You can bump Notre Dame threads that wanted Freeman gone from less than 3 months ago.
How bout let’s see how the next 3-5 years play out. Freeman and Kelly didn’t exactly take over similar situations. Freeman took over a Top5 team…Kelly took over a dumpster fire.
Both have had ups and downs in their 3 years. And both appear at the moment poised for good futures at their respective programs.

Has BK had a single loss even close to as bad as the Northern Illinois loss? ND is in the playoff like most of the other trash in the CFP… they play no one.

As both a Notre Dame and LSU fan, I can say they most certainly did not get significantly better. They just didn’t get any worse because they have a good coach. But they still lose bullshite games they are supposed to win.

Notre Dame played two teams that LSU played and won those two games while LSU took the loss to those same teams.
