re: Has LSU permanently peaked as a football program?

I want Nickdickswisher to think LONG and HARD about this.

LSU is such a great venue and school, the coach has NEVER made LSU, in fact LSU has made the coach. BK brings a lot to the table, but LSU should push him over the top.

Saban, Les Miles and O all became truly successful because of LSU not the other way around. BK will probably win one as he now has all the tools needed to be successful.

Look, even Alabama fans will agree, if it weren't for SABAN they wouldn't even be sniffing the position they are in now. Saban has made Bama, lots of others were at BAMA and failed miserably.

ARK has no room to be talking, has Arkansas won a NC in your lifetime?

Solid take. Weekend victory over OM likely the pinnacle of the season. Program is one big hurricane away from shambles. No money left in the coffers, Children's Hospital has ramped up their fraud alerts. LSU may be on the edge of a cliff.

Not sure if CBK will win a Natty @ LSU, but i'd bet my house & 40 acres that he won't lose to App State, Moo State & USCe in the same season.
