Schrader is playing well for Syracuse and Keayton Thompson is playing for Virginia tonight.
Both are better than Will Rogers.

Believe Texas Tech had Davis Webb starting for Cal and Baker Mayfield starting at Oklahoma in 2016.

Yes, Houston wasn't P5 at the time, but they're about to be, and they're honest a better and more stories program than plenty of P5 teams

I'm pretty sure quite a few teams in the SEC should fit this criteria.

You forgot Nick Starkel at Arkansas.

I know Blake Barnett, Taulia Tagoviola, and Jalen Hurts have all started for other P5 teams. In 2019 Hurts was OU's starter, and I think Blake Barnett started some games for Arizona State that year, and though he played some, I don't think Taulia was a starter until 2020 for Maryland, who is both a P5 team and a cupcake at the same time.
