Kiffin's never won shite.....Got fired in the 20th month at the Raiders....Left Tennessee in the middle of the night after 1 season...for his 'Dream Job'. Got fired on the tarmac and wasn't allowed back to the football facilities at his dream job.....Saban canned his arse a week before the national championship game...He's still acts like a juvenile and his claim to fame is twitter account...
The reason some folks thinks he's wanted is because his agent puts his name out there for raises and Hotty Toddy fans fall for it.

Several people in positions to hire coaches in major SEC schools are begging for kiffin.
Those idiots

I remember when successful coaches did not have to regularly answer questions denying rumors they were leaving for another job.
At some point the salaries started climbing and the arms race was on.

My question is. Why? What has he won again?

Not necessarily. You would have to make him the highest paid coach in the country to have a chance of getting him out of Oxford. And despite his recent success, I'm not sure his overall body of work justifies that.
But LSU said Brian Krlly will kill it at LSU. Plus he was never worth the money to coached at LSU. Just another good example of a bad fit and hasn't won a championship at a power of 4 conference.

Kiffin should hire somebody to train an AI model with his playbook and coaching decisions, and then sell it to the interested parties. He could retire and fish all day long.

Every couple years there’s a coach like this.
Florida needs a good coach with experience now and there aren’t a lot of other guys out there right now that would jump ship. They should have fired Napier last year and went after Cignetti.

Kiffin should be the first college football head coach for multiple schools at one time.
He could sign with UM, Florida, Auburn and LSU and do a $200M NIL deal with Microsoft Teams to manage the day to day operations with all 4 teams at once.
Again, another victory for college football and their corporate sponsors. /sarc off

This thought crossed my mind once, but I was just smart enough to not post it and show everyone how dumb my thoughts are sometimes

You can quit your obsession with Kelly now. He’s gone.

Yes..think schools did not want Smart, Meyer, Brown, Tressel, Harbough etc
Big difference is they weren't at a school you can very, very clearly upgrade from. Should be very obvious.......

There aren't many proven coaches that can win in the SEC in post BCS era. Kiffin is #1 by a mile. When all the dust settles and new coaches are hired, this cycle will repeat itself in two seasons.

If this board were 1980’s era Tiger Beat magazine for teen girls, Kiffin would be John Stamos.

Buddy, he’s winning 10 a year at Ole Miss. He might be the goat anywhere with real resources

What was Kiffin around 30 at the time? Also they drafted Jamarcus Russell who he did not want and also turned into a huge bust. Art Modell interfered with the raiders non stop. It took a special coach to be there

Well it’s definitely a compliment to him and OM. I hope he continues to win and play for the title. It would then become very hard to pluck him from OM. I would like to see his approach following a NC title, does he still have the drive to win or does he go cruise control.
I personally think he is a winner and winning the next one becomes his challenge. It’s a good spot for OM to be in but I do worry if he wins a few titles at any school does he try another shot in the NFL.
