Wait a second guise, we have one more VOL QB who won their first road SEC start as a freshmen. Tyler Bray:
In his first SEC start on the road Bray completed 16-27 passes for 232 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions in a win over the Vanderbilt Commodores 24-10
So 4 VOL QBs have accomplished this feat.

First two games were home games.
If you are asking who, in Week 1, was a true freshman who won a conf game on the road...I have no idea bec most teams dont scheudle a conference game in Week 1.
