Yeah I wondered about that too. Auburn's official shade of orange looks nice. Not sure why they'd go for this color.

It's actually the standard shade of orange. But these polos are orange and white striped, and I guess from a distance it makes the orange seem a different shade of orange.
IMO it's a damn good looking polo, but not one from a team branding standpoint. I'd wear it.
