"This place is unbelievable," Gurley said. "This place has one of the most crazy environments I've ever been in. Once you give the fans something to get excited about, it's hard to shut them up. I hope I never hear that (Sandstorm) again."

Then he was tired and cramped up. Had to set out the next interview.

Gurley seems like a good guy besides the whole head-butt thing

I've been to 12 SEC stadiums plus jax. Many non-conference stadiums as well. I wouldn't put SC higher than about 5th.

So then why does UGA have so much trouble in Williams-Brice?

We lost the last time we went to starkville too and I wouldn't rank it anywhere in the top 10, so your argument is void.

One time can be an outlier.

UGA hadn't scored 21 points in 20 years at Williams-Brice and has lost 3 straight.

You can downplay the atmosphere all you want, but it certainly gets to the players as evidenced by Gurley's quote and the pants shitting that went down in 2012

Because we haven't played as well as SC during those games?

What does that have to do with your atmosphere compared to the rest of the league?

Well, if you lost in starksville and wouldn't rate them in the Top10, isn't that kinda the point of what I was saying? Your comprehension is null.

Gurley hasn't been to any SEC games until the last couple years, I've been going the last 20 years. Sure I'm not actually on the playing field, but I have far more experience than he does with this subject matter. I've also been to far, far more college stadiums than he has.

I'll take someone who has to play a game in the stadium's word over yours

sorry

No?

The point is, simply losing to a team at their stadium doesn't mean they have a better atmosphere than someone else. It just means they played better during that game.

He's never been to baton rouge. I've been multiple times. Does his word still mean more than mine?

There's 2 arguments in here. He said craziest "I've ever been in". He has a very limited data pool, so it probably is one of the craziest.

In tangent to that, I said my own personal opinion, drawing from a much larger data pool. I don't consider it as high.

Why are atmospheres from 20 years ago relevant? And who cares about your opinion?

Players getting affected by the stadium atmosphere is relevant. You big dicking about being in several better ones isn't
