Nope, Alabama can't claim '41 because Miss State shut you out 14-0.

Wow. I wish we were in the playoffs, but I am also kind of glad Alabama has to put up with that fan base, this year.

There are at least a few of those titles that are absolutely legitimate. But if you wanna go just AP, it's more than enough to show who the king of college football is. Shouldn't discount those teams though. They put southern football on the map.
