Missouri has one of the easiest schedules in the SEC so I could see them having a decent year but they will not beat UGA in Athens

Wow, a little unhinged aren't we?Congrats,you'll avoid Bama,LSU and Auburn for the 2nd year in a row and you still have yet to beat a team with a winning record in the SEC in ALL three of your seasons.
Now,if you want to compare our head to head match ups since 2012,Ill be happy to have a rational discussion with you.2012 and 2013 games were much more similar as far injuries being a factor...your beat up O line was way too inexperienced to handle our LB'and pass rush while in '13 we had absolutely no threat of a running game to offset your pass rush and defensive pressure
and ANY rational human being would be an idiot to think otherwise.
2014 was just a flat mauling on our part.You couldn't handle our defensive preassure (it obviously effected Mauck)We came in to the game without Gurley and an unknown in Chubb...and unlike the 2013 game it was never close.

After ten pages I'll try to answer this question so we can put this one to bed.
Has Mizzou lost its identity?
Is Pinkel still their HC? He is? OK, Missouri has not lost their identity as a football team. All teams are a reflection of their head coach and his philosophy to a certain degree, some more so then others. Mizzou is a team very much built in the image of Pinkel.
They may not win the East next year but frankly I'll take a 40 percent chance. Hell people drop thousands of dollars in Vegas betting on a lot worse odds then that.

Pinkels not really a "defense" coach, he always coached the other side of the ball. If anyone thinks Stec is irreplaceable as a DC they should get checked out for a brain aneurysm. Either way 2 years ago 2 teams that don't play "old man football" met in Atlanta to decide the championship of the SEC.
