Greg $ankey is certainly earning his paycheck as B1G baby back bitch.

$200 million left on table with TV deal

fricks his scheduling up 6 ways from Sunday when adding two legit teams in OU and Texas

Literally bends the frick over by agreeing to 9 conference games for 2026

B1G has guaranteed 50% shot this year to win CFP for 3 straight seasons.

He is getting abused by his only competitor.

Didnt Sankey make a big push for Alabama to make the playoffs even with 3 losses and getting crushed in the SEC title game?

I’m unsure of what you wanted here. We got 5 bids. Those teams lost. Individual schools need to win the games.

Best summary of his screw ups I have seen. You can add that he has destroyed a tremendous amount of good will within the conference with the way he handled the latest expansion. It should have been handled in a much more professional manner.

Needs to be fired.

It’s like this guy was hired to destroy the conference.

And sign off on the death of college football.

He’s been an embarrassment publicly from day 1 and he inherited the SEC at its absolute peak with all the momentum and cache. A blind monkey couldn’t screw it up yet he has.

The SEC still dominates viewership. Thats where Sankey lost his place at the table. He could have managed a much better deal for the SEC as far as overall profit margin on the tv deal. But it’s not like the current deal can’t be renegotiated. The big ten is stupid enough to want a PE deal. As a OSU fan I think that’s a lot worse than what Sankey does or doesn’t do. I can’t believe I have to stand up for Michigan or Southern Cal in wanting no part of that fricking deal.

1) Gregg’s are best buddies.

2) Tell me who you want in a CFP Playoff with a 12 team format. 4 teams was plenty.

2) $ankey is the problem. So are Athletic Directors that tolerate Sankey as SEC Commissioner.

Clarifies the point that $@nkey sucks, He is a Disney bitch.

Mike $live and Roy Kramer had much more vision/ leadership.

Roy was the last of the GOB. He was a slUT to the core, but understood what was going on with regard to CFB.

Our current leadership is either in the bag for the other team or mostly clueless.

Better seeding in the tournament, so teams from same conference don’t eliminate each other.

CFP was fine with 4 teams. BCS was good, 2011 BCS Championship pissed many folks off.

I brought this up in another thread. Take away the welfare picks of JMU and Tulane, you have ten spots. The SEC had half of those. There’s no way to go on with the playoff without SEC on SEC violence. It’s a numbers game. The B1G only had three teams

But the Big 10 rules the roost. They are gonna win their 3rd natty in a row and the SEC hasnt beat a Big 10 team in the playoffs in 3 years.

Well as much as I’ve enjoyed the Canes this year, I don’t like the prospect of facing elite mobile QB Chambliss. He basically willed his team to beat Georgia. But if Fletcher continues use to run hard and break runs off for four or five yards, he does tend to wear out a defense. I was pleased to see that OSU defense had all kinds of problems tackling him. But Beck is the mystery in all of this. If he gets pressure he can be rattled. I expect the Rebels to bring the house against him.

Hell, Notre Dame took out two Big 10 teams last year in the playoffs in Indiana and Penn State and SEC alpha male Georgia....and SEC teams havent taken out a Big 10 team in the playoffs in 3 years.....NIL/Portal is changing shite and the blue bloods with money are gonna take over.....you better believe it. Notre Dame, Texas, Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State.....Alabama and Georgia dont have a chance against that kind of money....thats why Saban tapped out and said deuces...I'm gone.

We had 5 of the top 10. The champion had a bye. Indiana was undefeated. Ohio State’s only loss was to Indiana in a conference championship. Who moves when 1 and 2 are locked down?

IU
OSU
Georgia
Texas Tech
Oregon
Ole Miss
Texas A&M
OU
Bama
Miami

Your Canes are gonna win this game...no doubt about it. SEC teams cant beat anyone outside their conference in the playoffs.....well, unless its someone like Tulane....

with 3 losses and getting crushed in the SEC title game?

The word and means you are combining, if you wanted to say 3, then it should have been something along the lines of "one of which was".
