Already has. College kids now make more money and drive better cars than all of us.

Now there is an opportunity for the other teams to get some of these players and the players will have an opportunity to play and have a chance at the next level.

And for every kid that does that, there’s one that dominated at Western Kentucky and transfers to Clemson.

I guess the only argument is that it’s not completely ruined.

I'll tell you what pissed me off. When a coach at a major program said, "The first thing kids ask is what NIL program we can offer, which I can't talk about. The second thing is how they will be highlighted in the schemes we run. Few even ask about winning anymore."

That's when I asked, why am I supporting this?

Might it be that you are addict to college football?

The SEC just gave a giant middle finger to tradition and their fans so they could please Saban and Alabama.

Used to not miss a second from GameDay to OT of Arizona State vs UCLA. Now, I’ll watch a half or so while doing other things. Doubt I’m alone in that.

The SEC started it by adding Arkansas and South Carolina and having a conference championship game.

I gave up season tickets years ago. Just no reason to pay that much for so few good games. I am about to give up buying single games after it has become obvious the schools are deeply involved with the ticket sales apps and basically delivering them all the tickets as soon as they are available so they can resell them at ridiculous markups with 250% fees.

College football is already a shadow of what it once was. My only real enjoyment for it is nostalgic at this point. Put gameday on when the weather starts getting colder, throw the football around and think about the good old days.

If I want to watch compelling football I watch the NFL now. I never would have fathomed saying that 10 years ago.

Think that’s what a majority of people feel like. I still support the Longhorns, but find myself enjoying the Texans and Sam Houston football more. Never would have imagined it.
