"If you thought LSU was dangerous before, adding Orgeron to the staff may have just been Kiffin doing a Thanos impression and placing the final Infinity Stone into his gauntlet."

Thanos lost.

Hmm, Coach O back at LSU. Well, it's Coach O. Back in the day he was a below average game day coach but an incredible recruiter. Now we get to Sixty Thousand Dollar question... are his amazing recruiting skills still applicable in the modern era?

College football is going through what ground warfare is going through at the moment. Everything older than a few years ago is obsolete. A small number of Ukrainians with drones can mop the floor with elite NATO forces much larger than them. They routinely do so in training exercises.

In college football schools that historically went to bowl games once every two or three decades can build juggernauts that molest even mighty Alabama.

If Coach O can adapt his unique style to NIL and get financial backing he can build a championship team practically over night. If not... well... the local strip clubs in Baton Rouge are going to see an avalanche of business.

In my opinion, it certainly can't hurt.

People say relationships, facilities, state loyalty, etc., don't matter anymore. I think they do, if the money offered is comparable.

I think so. At this point everyone has the same $1mill just wrapped in different color bags. CEO could be the difference. Especially for in state kids
