Room had to be made at the guard position with a highly ranked freshman coming into the mix. Hopefully this means Denver Jones is staying and Bruce is not giving up on Aden Holloway. Still would not shock me to see Holloway leave but 10 lbs of muscle after an off-season in the weight room and he should make big strides next year. Loved KD's energy but he was too unpredictable to count on late in close games. Unfortunately, he was our best option driving to the rim which is more of an indictment on our other guard options than a compliment of his finishing talents. That said, he definitely was a net positive for the program and I wish him well wherever he winds up. Whoever takes him will not be bored when he is on the court.

Glad to see him go. He put in a lot of effort and energy, but he was often out of control. It felt like he thought he was the best person to take the shot and would always take it,……no matter what.

I think KD would be a good fit for Grand Canyon U., at least the chaotic way they played against Bama.

quote:They were electric and their fans in the stands out-numbered Bama 10-1. I expected that hostile crowd to have a negative effect on the Bama's performance, to the point losing focus and getting sent home with a big L. But they held their composure, actually played good defense and took care of business.
