Dude the aggies don’t even have to be a business. The boosters there as so insane about the program they’ll spend 75 million time and time again until it works. They don’t care about the cost. They will eat as many contracts as it takes to win eventually.
That’s the narrative but it’s not the reality of the numbers. They’re out there you can look them up.

What numbers should I look at? I’d love to believe you but don’t know what to google.
