This UK team is painfully mediocre. Cal really should be fielding a better team.

I've seen Cal have teams like this early but they always turned around by the tourney. This team tho is frustrating as hell.

Should be blowing them out at the half. Killing them on the boards and K State is 0-12 from three.

Yep, being behind is downright embarrassing

We're getting hammered on the reach ins and the refs are giving us the reach around by not calling them. That said we have to be one the softest interior passing team still in the tournament

With a terrible lineup in no less. Guess he didn’t want Wallace and Toppin to get their third. But yikes.

Some of that is on the players tho. CBB is going through an era of low scoring ball.

This game is getting called exactly like a Big East game (and very similar to Fridays game).

Just have to play through it. You’re not going to get those calls. And Powell has literally been hunting to give Cal a T.

This is one of the least talented teams we have had, but they are seniors playing like freshman in November.
Oscar is a hard fighter but has no hops and can’t play defense. He also is a piss poor passer.

They were supposed to be able to play smarter but I haven’t seen that with this team. Probably a reflection of their coach.

This is a monster game for Calipari. Sweet 16 feels like a stay of execution. If he loses, things could get ugly.

Why can't WE get these refs? Our team would absolutely thrive on this kind of ref'ng.

He’s not getting fired over a loss today. It’s been made very apparent that they’re going to let him having that recruiting class next season.

Yeah I agree. I just mean he’ll start off next season with an unhealthy amount of pressure on him if he loses today.

what's your definition of ugly? Because I can tell you exactly what's going to happen if we lose.

Absolutely nothing. Cals gonna keep riding his vespa cashing them checks waiting on next year's #1 class to arrive on campus.

Yeah he gets that class and the next one and the next one..,until the fans revolt. Remember Joker Phillips? He’d still be football coach winning 3 games a year if the fans hadn’t revolted. Barnhart won’t fire Calipari ever.
