5-5 in last 10. Getting slowly used to it.
The most dominate team in the SEC went 7-3. Among the mouthiest fanbases here, here is how they have done in their last 10 against power conference teams. Next season every team will only get two cupcakes to feast on, so might as well exclude them.
Alabama is 5-5 in their last 10 games against power 4 teams.
Georgia is 7-3 in their last 10 games against power 4 teams.
LSU is 7-3 in their last 10 games against power 4 teams.
Texas is 6-4 in their last 10 games against power 4 teams.
Auburn is 3-7 in their last 10 games against power 4 teams.
Texas A&M is 5-5 in their last 10 games against power 4 teams.

We’ve lived through 4-7 and 3-8 seasons. Won’t like it, but we’ll survive.
We did the same under Ray Goff... not sure if we had any 3-4 win seasons but it was a bitch...

13 years and counting since Nick permanently broke an entire states mind and will.
But he's sure as hell healing all of us now with the way he left Alabama.
We thought him leaving LSU was bad. At bama he had a chance to think ahead, plan it out for two years, choose a successor and implement a gradual handing over of the keys. Did he do any of that? nah, instead he waited until late in the cycle and sprung his retirement on y'all at the worst possible time.
He may have broke us but the healing has begun with every loss and melt

I pose a question to you.
Can LSU fans survive losing to a 5 loss Alabama team?

Ray Perkins took over and fired….

Bama fans were beyond outraged…
I recall that as well, Perkins was a good coach but Bama fans (especially the sidewalk alumni) are the most temperamental, entitled group of light weights that they turn on their coach at the first signs of difficulty.
They are still this way, and when you call them out on it they act like “you just don’t know what it means to be Bama” and continue to act like spoiled brats.
Keep it up Gumps, it is great entertainment for the rest of us.

If Deboers loses to Mizzou, like most SEC coaches that lose to Mizzou, they'll get fired.
