With all the laughing about O, he's about to take LSU to the best finish in the conference since 2012 (6-2).

Has anyone talked about Spurrier saying in a radio interview that UF's new coach is currently coaching his team, and will possibly be coaching through the bowl season? Ole' Ball coach doesn't think it will be Kelly.

What the entire country is doing about the state of UFs football program as we speak. UF is a fricking joke.

LSU was just as depleted for that game as Florida if not more we had four FR starting on the oline alone for that game stop the whining...

Dude I am still laughing my arse off at the Orgeron hire even if Florida hires Mike Bobo.

I like the idea of Kelley at UF with a high powered offense and make shift defense like he had Oregon. Will be fun beating that arse like the previous time we matched up with him.

Saban was 12-6 in his first 18 games at LSU. Only 6 of those games were against ranked opponents. He had 4 double digit losses, lost by 29 and 32 to Florida in that span as well as to UAB.
Orgeron is 13-5 in his first 18 games at LSU. 8 of those games were against ranked opponents and 2 were ranked #1. He lost 3 double digit games - 2 of them to #1 Alabama and he lost to Troy.
Not comparing Orgeron to Saban.....just giving you some facts.

Saban didn't take over the same LSU that Orgeron did there buddy.

Meyer won two national titles in six years - fact
Meyer won three BCS level bowls here - fact
Meyer dominated the SEC. Truth.
Meyer has a .500 record vs Saban. To claim he is scared, just proved an LSU education isn't all that valuable. He has, and can beat Saban. Unlike your coaches.

Yeah pal, but he did inherit an All-SEC QB in Josh Booty, a second team ALL-SEC QB (Rohan Davey) who was better than Booty and the greatest receiver in LSU history. As a Bama fan, you surely remember Josh Reed. And lets not forget that in Saban's first 2 seasons at LSU, the 2000 SEC West Champ, Auburn was a 4-loss team and in 2001 they were the 2nd best SEC West team (7-5) to LSU (10-3). Orgeron didn't walk into the same SEC West as Saban and has done pretty well with mediocre QB play.

Make shift? His average defensive ranking was 35th in the nation, despite having to play the second most plays during that time.
You morons really should do more research before you talk.
1. Chip recruited better than Bell. Much in fact. So the whole he can't recruit nonsense isn't true. For Oregon, he pulled great classes.
2. His offense didn't become readable. It always has been. How the RB lines up dictates the exact type of play it is. It's been that way since day one. So that whole his offense is now known is nonsense. It was always known. You just can't stop it.
3. His defense was never awful. Per possession, it is actually pretty great. It's just they had to defend 4-6 more times a game than most teams. His title run team had the 12th best defense in the nation, despite the 106th best TOP. Means they were very good in fact. Ask Cam.
So let's cut the nonsense claims and stick to the real claims.
He has to get a strong DC to hold up that side because of pace. He has to have a more physical line, that is also mobile. He must adapt more of his in game gameplanning was a weakness of his. He likes to run the same play till it works. His attitude may rub boosters the wrong way. Very possible.
At least do some form of research before claiming nonsense please. Makes this much easier.

The problem is, you're assuming a strong DC will want to join him despite being put at a perceived disadvantage on that side of the ball.
