It's amazing what a bunch of people who talk smack to each other all day long can do when it comes to something like this.

Are you really surprised? Most people on here are parents, and were raised correctly (southern, with manners.) You should have had no doubt that cards would flood in to the child, and that the GoFundMe would knock the top off. Now perhaps they could use that extra money to plan a cruise to the islands (Port Canaveral is just 60 miles east of Orlando, and Disney has a cruise ship)...

Agree lol. We all hate each other on a Sports Level but can agree Kids and Cancer are 100000 x times more important Than Sports/Sports talk. I hope this you man gets to go See LSU / DISNey and has a GReat Time. Of course LSU trumps Disney any day of the week. Thats the smack talking

Thank you for starting it, you are now above your 10k dollar mark, bump that goal to 15k and lets make it happen... Even if it doesnt cost that to go to Disney you know they are swamped with medical expenses and stress.... Wish i had about a mill in the bank id drop 50k plus to them in a heart beat... I got a 4 year old daughter and i could not begin to imagine the hurt that god awful disease is putting on this family..... God Bless and stay strong kid

We have had a rash of DIPG cases here in south Alabama. We have had 5 cases her ein the last few years with several more all along the gulf coast. They have to be related somehow but so far no one has been able to figure out what it is. Many think it related to the oil spill and seafood.

Coming up on 24 hours and have raised $11,630!!! Still trying to work out details and probably won't have it all figured out until after the weekend. Contacted GKTW and am still waiting to hear back from them. Thanks again for sending Drake and his family on a dream vacation!

Last I checked the GFM to send them to the Fiesta Bowl has more than doubled their goal as well.

Update: in 48 hours we have raised $15,389 by 361 people. It is looking like Drake and his family will be going on an all expenses paid 6 night stay at Give The Kids The World Village/Disney starting on 1/12/19. He will get to skip all the lines for everything and be first in line to meet all the charcters.
Also, thanks to another GFM campaign, he will be going to the Fiesta Bowl, an NBA game, and an NHL game. He will be the Fiesta Bowl MVP as well as the Fiesta Bowl Parade MVP! Drake will truly be living the dream the next couple of months. Thank you all for the shares and contributions.
