That means the backup is actually the starter.

Williams wasn't limited, he was out. Pickens had been playing for the last month.

Anderson took himself out. That isn't due to injury luck.

Bama lost its starting center.

SI did an article on how georgia was the healthiest they had been all year and how teams need injury luck to win NCs. In this case it was not only Georgia's good luck but Bama's bad luck. It's part of the game.

It was UGAs luck to be forced to insert a freshman left tackle in the national championship game to stalemate Will Anderson.

Mmmmkay

It was Georgia's luck to insert a new nickel defender who didnt get meaningful snaps all year until in the national championship game.

Mmmmkay.

What wasnt lucky was a former walkon qb throwing to 3 freshmen receivers against Bama's defense and dominating the 4th quarter.

What OLs were out due to injury?

Tate ratledge and Warren ericson

Bama got lucky they were out. Doesn’t matter why they were out either.

It means the backup is playing because the starter got hurt. Bama would have been screwed if young got hurt like JTD did because bama didn’t have a backup ready to go.

A knee injury for each limited each to about 20 snaps in the game.

Anderson took himself out.

Doesn’t matter why he was out, but at least you acknowledge bama was lucky he was out.

4 OLs played 100 pct of the snaps in the title game. 2 other OLs split the other snaps. Who was injured?

Who was injured that the db was inserted?

It was luck that all of those were healthy.

What was ericson's injury and when did it happen?

Bama lost starters for the year early also, so no luck advantage there. The advantage for Georgia is Bama had such bad injury luck late in the year to key players.

That means Daniels was still the starter and transferred to try to start somewhere else. Funny.

Pickens knee allowed him to play a month earlier. Even Georgia was the healthiest they6 had been all year.

Of course it matters why he was out. If he had been out for reasons beyond his control, it would have been different.

Tate Ratledge, our starting RG, broke his foot in game 1 and was out for the season. His replacement, who was our starting center in preseason, got hurt in the national title game.

We are talking about 2021. JTD didnt transfer in 2021. What he has chosen to do for 2022 is irrelevant to that.

Jamo played a full game a month earlier. Bama was lucky Pickens didnt.

All that matters is that Bama benefitted from a key UGA player being out.

Second quarter. Lower back.

He was our 1st string Center. Turned into 2nd string right guard after Tate Ratledge was lost for the season.

Latavious Brini was the DB starter in the SECCG and Orange Bowl.

Replaced by William Poole for the NCG.
