And if there hadn't been a couple of knee injuries on Alabama's team, all that talent would have had nothing to show for it.

They were even admitting it on the NFL Draft coverage tonight.

I can’t tell you how much I love this excuse after the complete dismissal of Colt McCoy’s injury in Bama’s first national championship.

Guess what, you still get to claim that Championship the same way Georgia gets to claim this one.

That's very true. Injuries are a part of the game, What people fail to note in the Mc Coy game is Greg Mc Elroy played with cracked ribs and could barely throw the ball, making Julio Freaking Jones pretty much a glorified blocking tight end.

That's why Alabama lined up and ran it right at Texas, they all but had to. Julio Jones. Might as well not have been out there.

I'll be honest. It probably means I'm less of a person than I should be. But I prefer y'all crying than losing with dignity.

So you're telling us that Joe Burrow and Ed Orgeron completely pimp-slapped the greatest collection of defensive players in history?

I can't decide if it was the Alabama injuries that lost them the game or it was a rebuilding year. The excuses just keep a coming.

He could barely throw the ball even healthy. They didn't win because of him

and Alabama in the SEC title game, with half a game for Metchie and a full game with Williams.

For that matter that vaunted UGA defense didn't stop Alabama in the title game till Williams also went down.

So much for the best georgia defense ever.

Alabama fans are so fragile. Our last 3 tds were scored by freshmen who were playing due to injuries by our veterans.

You had three points when Williams got hurt in the 2nd quarter. Your previous drives were FG, punt, punt before Williams injury.

You lost because you couldn't run the ball, not because Williams got hurt. That's why you had to attempt 5 FGs in one game.

What an insufferable bunch of entitled crybabies.... Injuries only matter when it's the inbred gumps that are hurt :wah:

bama fans also cower away when you mention that despoite getting hurt in the first half, jameson still played more snaps in the game than pickens did. They love to gloss over that fact.
