CSB but the school recognizes 1942 as well and Tech fans can't say shite since they claim 1990 anyway

He's been a helluva lot closer and a helluva lot more competitive than Ed or Gus. Granted they did lose the game at LSU, but hell LSU loses 3 games minimum every year

Gus hasn't been close since 2013, and that season took 2 miracles to even reach the title game. Kirby has made the playoffs, won a game, and went to OT with Bama. Yes he's been much closer than Gus.
He's also been kicking Gus' arse with great regularity.

2013 isn't recent man. That's old news. Pre-playoff BCS stuff. Kirby has RECENT SUCCESS, Gus doesn't. Make a playoff and then we can talk.
