We have been playing consistently in Jacksonville for the better part of a century. The 1st game in Jacksonville was in 1915. It's not gonna change cause you're bitching like a little girl. Atlanta is a shithole....cry a little more

A team charter? Just because a larger plane doesn't normally fly out of a smaller airport doesn't mean it can't. Most of the time the reason you don't see larger planes at smaller airports is due to passenger demand, not runway limitations.

Pretty sure the gators fly on a much larger plane than otherwise flies out of Gainesville's tiny airport.

Love it in JAX. That game was so much fun as a college kid. St Simons for three days in a 4 story rental house right by the beach, then charter bus to the game on Sat. Can't beat it with a stick. Good times.

Im a Falcons fan, but face it: The Dome blows.

FWIW...We fly outta Ben-Epps now on 2 charter planes for all road trips now, we've not flown outta Hartsfield-Jackson since '08. So it takes 10 min. to get from the BM building to Ben-Epps....

Leave the WLOCP alone!!!

They should go Home and Home. I enjoy visiting other schools for games (probably because I want to know what it feels like to be at a school that wins). With that said everyone I know my friends that went to UGA loved going to Jacksonville every year and it seems that the game has a rowdy atmosphere.

OK, but is it really neutral?

Even your fellow UGA fans are telling you to sit down and shut up. You should listen to them.

you're bitching about the game, and you've never even been to it. You have no clue what you're blabbering about

I have been, once. Moreno's freshman year, whatever year that was. UGA loss. That's immaterial. When you've got to take a day off work and book a hotel room for 2 nights, I consider that a road game.

The purpose of me creating this thread was to divert you jort-wearing rednecks out of the "UGA 3rd Best Team" topic that you tried to derail. Now you can all spend 3 or 4 pages of jibber jabber here, and leave the other topic on topic... which is UGA clearly being the best team in the East.

As far as i'm concerned it is... Both teams arrive on Fri. afternoon, sleep in unfamiliar hotels, dress in unfamiliar locker rooms, play on the same unfamiliar field & the tix are split 50-50...

It's my favorite game of the year, i plan my fall around this game, close my business from Wed. afternoon till Mon. morning...

It's a "BOWL" game during the season for UGA & UF fans alike. JMO but I hope it never leaves Jax...

Clearly this was his intention. We have all been duped. Lordy what shall we do?

This is a stupid topic that doesn't deserve response.

Lookie here! Your second attempt to change the topic from Murray and Gurley and UGA's defense dominating their opponents, and my first response is a link to this topic! See how that works? See what I did there? YSATI?

It would be neutral even if they played at the Georgia Dome. Go write a letter to your AD if you care this much.

That is not what is being discussed.

I like the location in Jacksonville but it would be nice if the stadium had the same capacity as our stadium; EverBank Field = 77k, Sanford Stadium = 92k

Just because it's in Florida it's not neutral? Tickets are split evenly, Jax has a large contingent of UF/UGA/FSU fans, and schools get more money the way it is now than if they were to go home and away.

For the Super Bowl, Florida–Georgia game, and occasionally the Gator Bowl, temporary bleachers are put up in the south end zone and the tarps are removed, raising capacity to over 84,000.
