Soulless big city with the worst mass transit
Gap toothed loser of governors race as a mouth piece
Empty trophy case (except all the participation trophies)
Only good city is savannah which is basically a mix of Florida and South Carolina

People keep moving here. Populations stagnating in other states, GA's is growing. Too much in my opinion, but whether or not people "like this place" can be answered with simple census numbers.

Actually, Atlanta and Athens are part of a lib-ruhl belt of southern counties that makes its way through Metropolitan Auburn.
Edit: On the one hand, in Alabama these are the least populated counties. In Georgia, they’re the most populated counties.

Those Savannah townhouses are gorgeous but I’d buy a big house on one of the islands. Probably Jekyll Island as it is incredibly beautiful and so far not overdeveloped.
