Y'all act like Tech is Austin Peay or something. As much as I hate to admit it, Coach Personality knows what he is doing and gets more out of his team's talent level than most others.
I would prefer Tech to be a Sisters of The Poor type of team, but it ain't the case. When they execute they can play (and beat) any team out there.

I said it in an earlier Thread about biggest upsets this year. Tech is going to throttle Tennessee.

No reason to think the ACC won't continue its dominance over the SEC.

The only ACC team that UT has played under this staff got beat 45-24 at last year's neutral site game. That same team went on to give Clemson a hell of a game in the ACC championship. I think we'll survive.

Tennessee has the d tackles to stop the option. Its all about stopping the run up the middle vs them. Only teams GT can beat in the SEC are the soft ones like Kentucky and Georgia

Good grief that's some transitive reasoning. You also lost to S Carolina, a team we beat by 600 points.

Transitive reasoning? We hammered one of the ACC Division champs. What does the S Carolina debacle have to do with the ACC?

V tech got better through out the year. First year coach and qb, Evans was a problem for teams late in the year. Tennessee started off strong but finished poor. Those two teams play in November its a different game

Is Tennessee healthy in this matchup or does UT have to be starting walkons and backup DEs at DT for VT to have a chance?

Good grief that's some irony. It was about Tennessee playing the ACC. You are the one that brought transitive reasoning into it.

A healthy Tennessee beat down a healthy Virginia Tech. That's not a hypothetical. We'd do it again in November. If 50% of our starters are missing than sure, Virginia Tech would win. That is a hypothetical.

Who's coaching UTk? If the answer is still Lyle then no. No you're not crazy, and in fact, very sane and rational

Yeah. Both teams healthy in November I probably still give Tennessee the edge. VT was a very different team late in the year was my point and Tennessee did not finish well. Sure v tech played Clemson tough.

A injured Tennessee team should beat South Carolina tho. South Carolina was a really bad football team last year. Butch Jones's worse loss at Tennessee probably

That is the transitive property bro.. and he used it by bringing up South Carolina. Not sure of the confusion

That South Carolina loss was embarrassing. There's not much more I can say about it. Even with the injuries there was no excuse to lose that game or Vanderbilt.
