hen as the other guy said, you don't know what "present" means.

Again

NOUN
(the present)

the period of time now occurring:
"they are happy and at peace, refusing to think beyond the present"
synonyms:
now · today · the present time · the here and now · this day and age · the present moment · the time being

According to the dictionary "the present" certainly can mean "this day and age" which means a finite time period and could be inferred to mean the current year.

I mean, I don't care for threads like this either, but the lengths you guys are going to is ridiculous. At least look up the meanings of words if you are going to dispute them.

Are you insinuating that Saban and Alabama has never lost a game in Alabama as a defending National Champion?

Maybe you should check out 2012 and 2013?

Pretty sure he's referencing UGA'S recent collosal failures in the Georgia dome/Mercedes Benz haus/whateverthefrick its called.

2nd & 26 Tua as back up
Jalen Hurts as back up
Full speed BAMA going balls deep on the best UGA defense ever in 2021.
And let's not forget the Burrowing (patent pending) you received.

Pretty sure that's what he meant.

I'm a pro-freedom guy, but some posters here (such as the OP) need their thread starting privileges restricted. For instance, OP either starts 10 threads a day, starts really stupid threads, or does both.

Oh...there is no doubt that that is what he is referencing. But he did say defending National Champions, and that would include Alabama in the past. He was being purposely obtuse, so I returned the favor.

Absolutely. But we were not Defending National Champions in any of those games, while Alabama was a defending National Champions when Auburn beat them in Alabama in 2013. So his premise was incorrect, right?

What playoff game was played anywhere in Alabama?

Edit: Alabama’s record for playoff games played in Alabama is 1-1. First 2 years of SEC title games. Not great but not terrible.

Georgia’s playoff record in games played in Georgia including SEC championship and CFP games is 3-7.

So it would have to be a playoff game because Alabama/Auburn is not important?

Now do Alabama's total in all playoff, SECCG and Title games. I mean, the more games you play big games the better the chance of getting beat. Should i argue Georgia does better in the playoffs than Alabama because of the two teams records in the playoffs? Maybe Alabama should bow out of the playoffs and just let us go since we do much better in the playoffs than Alabama.

See how dumb that argument is?

ETA
In all playoff games (Semi and Title)

Alabama 9-4. That's very good.
Georgia 3-1 Much better win %! Georgia is better!
