In order to be relevant, Auburn needs a miracle.
Will cover the seas if their fan base beat their chest about
1. 2010- Needed transcendent talent and still barely beat several mediocre teams. Most everyone with walking around sense knows why Mr Newton was at Auburn at all, there are 200,000 reasons.
2. 2004- Went unbeaten but didn’t get to play in natty. The reason they couldn’t pass Oklahoma or USC was because they sucked in 2003. Tried to replace Tuberville with Petrino and it blew up in their face
3. 1994 - Couldn’t go to a bowl due to being on probation. We couldn’t see how great they were because they were banned from TV. Carried a 20 game winning streak coupled with this season. Don’t worry big brother snapped that it.
4. 2013- Isn’t this about miracles? Needed a kick 6 and a tipped Hail Mary to beat both big brothers that year.
