Yep and those Time Zone Changes will be no problem

Imagine flying from LA to NY (Rutgers) for a women's basketball game. This sounds better on paper than in reality.

But you don't think that Ohio - southern California isn't too big of a distance? Hell, people gripe about WV in the B12.

The problem is Atlanta, Dallas and Birmingham draw more for college sports.

The draw doesn't matter. What matters are the number of paid subscription package. If the B1G Network and Fox/ESPN (whoever wins that bidding war) are in your channel lineup they get paid whether fans watch the game or not. Why do you think Rutgers and Maryland were added?

And if the B1G also add WA, OR, ND, and say CO? Now they have a presence from coast to coast. That is what I would do if I were them. Mega, mega dollars

Add UT and OU to that list and I daresay they would cement themselves as the most influential conference.

Anybody who thinks they won't try is a fool.
