Florida is just not a good program right now. It’s shocking

Outside of two HOF coaches and Charlie Pell they have been an average program. They are just reverting back to normal

This, it’s glorious and I love it. We are gonna curb stomp them in Jax in November.

Preach! Given that the cocktail party’s days are limited, in my opinion, would be GRAND to hang about 80 on the bastards in Jax.

Seriously. Take about 20 years away and Florida has done less in the SEC than Kentucky and Mississippi State and Vandy have been on the same level. Georgia Tech and Tulane are better than Florida without Spurrier and Meyers

Georgia is about the same. Dooley and Kirby and that's pretty much it.

Richt had a better record than Dooley. We have generally been a good program. Kirby has put the program on turbo, though, that's for sure.

Where is Georgia if you take away Kirby or Dooley?

Took Dooley 25 years to win the SEC 6 times. Spurrier did that in half that many years.

Hey, I heard the Nazis were really good if you don't count their battle in Europe or the one in the Soviet Union. Buffalo Bills were the best team in football like four times if you don't count those losses in the super bowl. Miami had that great back to back run in 2001 and 2002 if you don't count that game against Ohio State.

It’s like Spurrier was a flash in the pan for UF and they (admin and higher ups) have grown acceptable of mediocrity.

In the past 40 years, Georgia has 4 SEC titles.
UF has 8.
You have to go back to 1948 for Georgia to have 8 SEC titles. And it was Georgia players that stayed home and didn't join the military after Pearl Harbor, which made Georgia a good team in the WWII era. Prior to that era, they won nothing.

Your history is Dooley and Kirby. UF's history is Spurrier and Meyer. Pretty much every program is like this with one or two dominant coaches. Bama is Bear and Saban. Penn St is Paterno. FSU is Bowden and then one good season with Jimbo.

You mean to tell me that one of the top 3 coaches of the modern era was better than a good coach? What’s that got to do with the discussion at hand?

Again, take away Spurrier and Urban and they are and average program with no SEC championships or national championships.

This is one of the dumbest posts I've ever read on here. Embarrassing.

Georgia has the second most SEC titles all time. You're twisting history and creating arbitrary endpoints to try and diminish Georgia's history and it isn't working.

Georgia went undefeated in 1920 and was selected national champion by Berryman and went 9-1 in 1927 and also named NC by several selectors. You don't know what the frick you're talking about. Either that, or you're just lying.
