I blame Les. It's clearly his fault.

It actually is Les' fault for hiring Crowton in the first place.

It is a credit to the seniors and their discipline on the 2007 team when we won the NC and the fact that they weren't hurt too much by Crowton's play calling. We won inspite of Gary. The Wizard my arse.

Really though.

You do come off as a little jealous bitch.

It's not our fault that Arkansas are impostors. You guys wanted to be apart of this league.

Now sit down and shut up, toothless.

Naw.

Our defense giving us a short field every series is skewing the stats.

And 2011 has played better competition than the 2010 team had to this point.

shush, use total yards instead - that way it looks like oregon beat lsu instead of got their arse handed to them

Bamascott, here are a few numbers that might help you understand just how much better LSU's offense is this year from the past 2 years.
Scoring per game through 6 games -
2011 - 38.5
2010 - 25.8
2009 - 23
Total yards per game through 6 games -
2011 - 366
2010 - 336
2009 - 295
I could go on and on giving you more numbers that show that our offense is actually way better in every single category than we have been since 2007, but I will just use these 2 because they are probably the 2 biggest numbers that show just how good your offense is. Point is this: you really did absolutely no research before you just posted something really stupid. Maybe next time, you should do some research before typing. It makes you seem a little bit smarter when you actually have proof to what you are talking about. Just because we haven't moved up in the national rankings doesn't mean that our offense is doing any worse. In fact, this year, we are ranked 20th in points per game. 20th!

This isn't moneyball doofus, stats don't tell the whole story.

Maryland's offense was rate the 2nd biggest dissapoitment by this writer, noting
"...Danny O'Brien came into the season as one of the most promising young QBs in college football (22-8 TD-INT ratio as a freshman in 2010) but now looks completely lost. O'Brien has a 4-6 TD-INT mark and was benched after going 1-6 last week against Ga. Tech. O'Brien was sharp in last year's West-Coast style offense. In Edsall's new spread under Gary Crowton, the QB has been a mess. The Terps who were 9-4 last season and 29th in scoring and scored over 40 points five times last season, are 91st in scoring.

I guess stats tell they whole story when they prove your point.

I wasn't making any point. I was just copying and pasting a clipping about a former SEC assistant in case anyone was interested in how he was doing.

Every offensive number for Maryland went down. Therefore there are NO stats that do not prove his point.

welcome to louisiana.

the story actually is, more efficient qb = more efficient passing game = more efficient scoring offense. j lee's numbers are identical to last years, he's just thrown 99% of the passes.

but it looks "pro style" and thats what people love. withuot realizing we haven't had o line or fb for it the last 2 years. and understanding that last years offense was designed for jj to use his legs more, what he's best at.

There is almost nothing accurate about your post. There is a couple things specious, yet not accurate.
