If it weren't for the red beans and rice and the biscuits, there would be no reason to go. The chicken is bland.

Popeye's is good, but they have a huge problem with quality control and consistency. The viscosity of the beans can vary from water-like to mushy-like by location (or sometimes even by day at the same location).

Their chicken consistency is also terrible. Some locations can give you great chicken, others can give you old and stale chicken. Some locations can undercook their chicken while other offer greasy or salty chicken.
