This isn't news by any means, but just popped into my head for some reason.

Besides your own team, what are some of the matchups you're looking forward to?

2017: LSU @ UT. 2 major programs with an interesting history of late.
2018: UT @ AU. It feels like these teams never play each other.
2019: AU @ UF. These teams had some battles in the early 90s and used to be annual rivals back in the day.
2020: UF @ OM. Another one that doesnt' seem like they really play that often
2021: Bama @ UF, big time matchup. Also have OM @ UT
2022: UT @ LSU

I started losing interest at this point

I'm excited for this one. I've never been to Jordan-Hare.

Auburn was Tennessee's #2 rival until the division split in 1992. Or at least according to older Tennessee fans who would know

2019 A&M @ UGA. 110% chance I will be in Athens for that
And I don't care about your qualifier for your own team because I only care about my team

7 years is way too long of a time between cross divisional match ups. Shouldn't be any longer than 3 years.

I actually appreciate this. I used to have the rotations memorized growing up and I knew what each schedule would look like. Since the expansion it has seemingly been at random.

Eta: because of the floods last year 2020 will make it 3 straight trips to Baton Rouge without a visit from the Tigers.

Traditional AU rivals... AU should be in the east and mizzou to the west

6 years since the last game. So barring any SECCG matchups we will play UT 2 times in 10 years.

the 2013 games was part of the two game stint where Marshall threw the ball like 18 total times.

You have to love having 14 teams in the conference and only 8 conference games. Our next game at Florida is in 2025, which at that time will mark 15 years since our last visit.

In 2017 UF finally gets the return game from A&M, last time we played them was Johnny football heisman season which seems like 10 years ago.

UGA has never played @aTm before, and they will have been in the league for 12 years before we go there for the first time..
