Wow. Nothing like getting a girl liquored up and then pounding away once she's goodn' blacked out.

The guy is 33, which actually kinda makes it more embarrassing.

Totally agree.

To be clear, you have drawn distinctions between certain conduct that is heinous and other conduct that is heinous without a real justification for it. I was not implicating you in having done either of those, for the record.

You know that's not what I meant.

I will say that it was a Texan that introduced me to the concept of "hanging brains" in public.

TBH, I thought that is what you meant. What did you mean? Like she had a beer or something? If so, that is still incredibly wrong (as a comparison) but not nearly as contemptible.

That's typically the case when a girl claims rape after she's been drinking.

Sometimes they just regret it. But it's usually some a-hole who took advantage of her.

I didn't know him well... was just in the vicinity. He was yelling "HANGING BRAINS!" in a bar.

I said... "what is hanging brains?"

You bring a drunk home and sleep with her (not unconcious drunk, obviously). You're relatively sober in comparison.

In the past, some cases of this have been pursued as rape when the girl either has regrets or gets pregnant and wants to blame someone. Is it technically rape? In some instances yes. Can you in good faith call the guy a rapist? No.

I promise, that when this guy gets out of jail. He will laugh about this, for the rest of his life.

This will be one of those storys that comes up once every 10 to 20 years. Where you go, lol, remember when that Bama fan put his balls on that LSU fans face after we beat them 21-0 in that nation chamionship game? They was suppost to be the greatest team ever. LOL. Too bad good'ol Les Miles couldnt win another one without Saban's kids. That might could have eased some pain.O me, I guess its time to get high, i'm so glad pot is legal everywhere now. Damn I"m old. Roll Tide.

It also wasn't an LSU fan teabagging an Alabama fan, but several posters have tried to suggest that would be treated differently.

Had it been two random ppl during mardi gras I doubt there would have been a manhunt for the perp.

I can only speak for Louisiana. If you don't have their lawful consent, it is rape. I don't believe in this "legitimate" rape argument that you and that politician from Missouri appear to subscribe to.

You're exactly right.

Don't even care. Not even a little.

In Louisiana, he'll still get charged as such, and more than likely, will end up on the sex offender registry.

Unfortunately for Downing, it wasn't Mardi Gras, it was caught on tape, and the media/public forced the DA's hand (if the DA was ever on the fence about bringing charges). Plus, LA has very strict penalties for sexual crimes.

I hope you can fulfill this promise of yours. But you're a damneded ole fool if you think this gumptard is gonna be laughing about serving a 2 year sentence. He has a kid and I'm sure a career that was ruined.

HAHAHA so funny!

eta: he's 33 and teabagging people in public, so I retract my previous statement. There's no way this guy had a legit career.

I'm not scanning 14 pages of replies nor searching other posts, but the ESPN article was pretty good in case no one saw this.
