Its going to be just as bad next year when another first round pick, Jack Leiter, enrolls in Nashville when no one gives him his 4+ mil to sign, and thats not counting the 5 other top 200 guys with high numbers to sign that could go either way depending on who drafts them.
Vandy does something to these recruits to get them to go to school.

well, their financial aid packages are awesome. Going to school basically free at a school like Vandy is a pretty good sell to baseball recruits

Yeah, but 2 million to Kumar Rocker or Jack Leiter, or any other numerous potential top draft picks trump whatever financial package Vandy can give, and these guys arent like a Cole Wilcox of Georgia or JT Ginn of Mississippi State who can leave after two years because of age. These guys are stuck for three years.
