Vandy finished ranked that year and still had James Franklin.

Never knew OM fans were so invested.

Makes me wonder which coach it was that gave them hope?

Hmm

We were beat up and had just lost in heartbreaking fashion to Auburn. It sucked but was understandable. Plus Arkansas was hot at the time.

lost 42-3 in Peach bowl vs TCU
Literally half the team was injured and TCU was pissed due to being kept out of the playoff

lost @Memphis 37-24
The only one I really agree with. Inexcusable

As I stated earlier…

Auburn went out on Black Friday and came home with Kmart Kiffin.

All you think about are the 2 Bama wins
I look at his passing game, ability to develop Qbs, his redzone playcalling, and his ability to get the most out of his players.
beating bama at ole miss is nice, especially two years in a row. It means he loves to coach the big games and rises to the occasion, even at lowly ole miss

Dont post opinions if you don’t want someone else to put in theirs. Stop whining

I do. God forbid somebody can have an honest conversation here on the Rant without fricking trolls like you.

Your behavior is really pretty sad.

You are more of a troll than me. You have just been doing it for 10 years. It is obvious.

Now do Tuberville.

Coaches can have more success at Auburn than at Ole Miss. It’s a simple fact. Freeze (and Kiffin if he came) won’t have to deal with some of the challenges that OM faces when having a good team at Auburn. More depth. More support. More quality resources. More history. Higher expectations. Higher potential.

You mean

2013

1-5 (7 wins vacated)

2014

1-4 (8 wins vacated)

2016

0-7 (5 wins vacated)

Since it was due to Freeze’s own actions and not some rogue booster that caused the wins to be vacated, he cannot get credit for the wins on the field.

It’s not irrelevant if they were vacated due to the head coach’s actions. At least if I were an Auburn fan it would be relevant to me if we hired that coach

That 12 loss to Vandy - Franklin was likely still the coach and he had more success at Vandy than any coach in history

Getting blown the frick out by Derek Mason happened in 2016. That same season, he was blown out (to the tune of 55-20) by a 5-7 State team. I don't care if it's a rivalry game, that's bad.

That team had Chad Kelly, Akeem Judd, Van Jefferson, Evan Ingram, AJ Brown, DK Metcalf, DaMarkus Lodge, etc. There was zero excuse to go 5-7 (2-6 SEC) with that team. That team was also blown out by a Danny Etling led LSU team and allowed Leonard Fournette to go for 285 yards on like 16 carries.

Freeze got way too much credit for beating Alabama in b2b seasons, and it's almost as if people completely overlook the rest of his resume. He's a like a lot of people say, a wWl-mart Gus Malzahn, and his teams' defenses were largely horrible with the exception of 2014.

You are aware that Moo St had to vacate all wins from the 2018 season, right?
