If being the key word. I've read he agreed to the search (which was fricking stupid). Why would he do that if there was a big arse scale with bags of weed laying around?

Agreed why would he do that. If the cops said they smelled MJ, and he says no all the cops have to do is call in a warrent or go in under reasonable suspicion. I would like some clarity from WAFB. Ill have to wait for it this evening then.

He's made it past twenty, he can't be stupid enough to consent to a search with all that shite in plain view. He was clearly stupid for consenting in the first place though, because it's not terribly easy to get a warrant to search a residence.
