i think they charged one with that and jj and hb just got possession charges. brpd should have charged jj with everything and then tazed him

Mathieu was charged with simple possession and everyone else was charged with simple possession. Bryant got intent to distribute because everything was in his bag.
Now, all 3 could have had 1 bag apiece plus the 7 in Bryant's bag which makes 10. 3 will get a slap on the wrist (maybe more for the one who has a prior.) Bryant will plea, get reduced charges, and probably have to go through the drug court program.
