Because it doesn't matter as long as the NCAA tests everyone for it, no matter what state you live in. It's not like it's hard to get it in the other states either.

"not hard" is not the same. we have hundreds of strains and 27% thc flower, all the waxes, etc. And, you can get a card even as a minor if you have the qualifying conditions, even players. And it's ez af to qualify.

And the NCAA still tests for it, card or not. Medical condition or not. Until that bullshite is gone it won't matter what state you live. Same goes for employers screening for it.
