It's a fact cops kill unarmed black Americans and create laws that target them. Stop and frisk says hello.

Apparently they kill quite a few white people as well. Maybe Kap should be concerned with police brutality against everyone and his message wouldnt be seen as quite so divisive.

The facts say otherwise.

The suit centers on what they claim is one of the fundamental policies of the New York Police Department: requiring officers to meet fixed numerical goals for arrests and court summonses each month. In Raymond’s mind, quota-based policing lies at the root of almost everything racially discriminatory about policing in New York. Yet the department has repeatedly told the public that quotas don’t exist.

As a state senator, he sponsored the bill that led, in 2010, to the New York ban against quotas for stops, summonses and arrests. Then, in 2013, he joined several current and former minority officers in testifying against the department in the landmark stop-and-frisk case Floyd v. City of New York, which culminated with a federal judge’s ruling that the department had stopped and searched hundreds of thousands of minority New Yorkers in ways that violated their civil rights.

Are you kidding me? People are not just expressing disappointment in him. Dumb asses are threatening him, cursing him, calling him all kind of names. Even some police said that they wouldn't physically protect him. That's foul.

Some of these people are the same people who vilified Muhammad Ali for calling white men the devil.

Cops kill ~1,000 people a year, most of them white. Many of them are most likely justified but we should all be concerned with police brutality against anyone. It is not just a black issue. It's a societal issue that needs to be addressed. I know too many innocent people that have been victimized by bad cops.

I could tell you shocking stories by the Univ of Florida campus police and the Gainesville police department from many years ago. Talk to any football player or any frat boy and they will school you on how bad the police were to black, yellow, brown, white students.

I wish you'd stop inflating your data like your other Gator fan.

IMO best non-government database available is the Guardian. So far this year there have been 187 AA killed by police and 372 Caucasians killed by police. Adjusted per capita the it falls out to 4.7 and 1.9 per million. Wonder when NALMs (Native American Lives Matter) will kick off because they are at 5.5 per million.

I hate to break it to you but stop and frisk wasn't protecting white people. It was protecting predominately black communities from predators in their midst. People were sick of being victimized in those areas. I think the legality of the practice is fair game but it wasn't intended to hurt black people, it was meant to protect them.

Easy to regurgitate "insane" at something that doesn't fit nicely into your little historical brainwashed bubble. Tell me why all 33rd degree masons wear Fez's and read Korans at the lodge? YTF is there a pyramid on the Great Seal of America? You watch too much his-story channel....

Well that number includes "unarmed" people who were physically attacking police officers and random people hit by stray gun fire, among other things

Do you have access to the complete internet or are you posting at a restricted library???

There were ~1,000 people killed by the police in 2015. Why must you dispute everything? What's your point? My point all along is that if black drug dealers are killing 5,000 of each other but the police are killing 10% (500). Those are 2 serious issues. Google is your friend.

Once again you are referencing a highly biased "study" and I use that term loosely.

Why not try using something a tad more reliable and not skewed to fit your agenda. Something like The Count on the Guardian. Then you will see how inflated your 500 is.

The Count

Somehow I doubt you'll even try the link....probably since The Guardian is such a bastion of conservative news like Fox or some other lame excuse.

Also can you please show me any reasonable data point that says this:

quote:

My point all along is that if black drug dealers are killing 5,000 of each other.....

You honestly think that such broad generalities help strengthen your position?

Someone should ask kap when he plans to stand again. Issues in the black community go way beyond police brutality.
