1/9 was the worst feeling I’ve ever had as a sports fan, the weight of which lingered until last years team exorcized those demons.

In 2011, they knew they'd gotten very lucky in the 9-6 game, so they spent the next two years talking about why Bama shouldn't get into the NC game. Then their worst fears came to fruition. Most have never recovered psychologically.
