The gut punch is that Alabama has only advanced to four supers in that span, only two in the last 15 years. They haven’t been particularly close.

Meh. They won 40 in the regular season for the first time since 2006. The Vandy series cemented the season. Blew a chance to take the series on Sunday and would’ve gotten the first round bye in Hoover. Likely cost the team a regional bid as well.
Vaughn has shown improvement despite the holes in the roster. Hoping he can build the bullpen, keep Lebron and build around him.

They were picked to finish bottom three in the SEC and they won 40 games and finished above .500 in league play. It’s a rebuild and I’ll take it.
Next year there will have to be improvement but realistically it’s year two and he took over a dumpster fire.
